Abstract

The analysis of the labor market in the Republic of Moldova is crucial to understandr and respond to the challenges and opportunities that the country faces in its current socio-economic context regarding the structure of the labor force and its employment. The labor market analysis indicators describe its current state and form for the reader a complete picture of the level of employment of citizens, the unemployment situation, the level of population migration and what is their impact on the functioning of the labor market. Also, this paper presents information on the involvement of the state in employment, through policies and methods of motivation and the cost of labor.
