Modernizarea cu extindere a Gării Auto Sud-Vest, or. Chișinău

Abstract

Scopul proiectului: modernizarea și extinderea Gării Auto Sud-Vest, urmărind transformarea infrastructurii învechite și fragmentate într-un nod de mobilitate coerent, cu fluxuri clare și servicii moderne. Obiectivele generale: îmbunătățirea organizării funcționale a Gării Auto Sud-Vest din or. Chișinău prin separarea fluxurilor de pasageri, autobuze și servicii; crearea unui traseu clar și sigur pentru utilizatori, de la zona de acces până la sala de așteptare și peroane; completarea clădirii existente cu funcțiuni necesare, precum spații comerciale, servicii și cazare temporară pentru pasagerii aflați în tranzit; reorganizarea platformei exterioare, a peroanelor și a circulațiilor pietonale și carosabile; îmbunătățirea imaginii arhitecturale a autogării, astfel încât aceasta să devină un obiectiv mai ordonat, accesibil și reprezentativ pentru zona sud-vestică a municipiului Chișinău. Metodele aplicate la elaborarea lucrării: elaborarea lucrării s-a bazat pe un proces de cercetare realizat treptat, care a inclus studierea contextului istoric, analiza documentației existente, examinarea datelor statistice și evaluarea situației actuale a obiectivului. Rezultatele acestor etape au contribuit la formularea soluțiilor funcționale, arhitecturale și urbanistice propuse în proiect. Rezultatele concrete obținute: a fost elaborată soluția de modernizare și extindere a Gării Auto Sud-Vest din or. Chișinău, prin reorganizarea clădirii existente și completarea ansamblului cu funcțiuni noi: hotel, spații comerciale, servicii pentru pasageri și parcare subterană. Hotelul este propus ca volum separat pentru pasagerii aflați în tranzit, iar zona comercială realizează legătura dintre acesta și gară. Peroanele de sosire și plecare sunt separate clar, iar accesele pentru pasageri, autobuze și automobile sunt organizate pentru o circulație mai sigură și mai coerentă. Parcarea subterană cu 220 de locuri deservește atât autogara și funcțiunile propuse, cât și utilizatorii care continuă deplasarea cu transportul public. Prin soluțiile propuse, ansamblul este adaptat cerințelor actuale și integrat în contextul urban, păstrând rolul Gării Auto Sud-Vest ca nod important de transport.

Project objective: modernization and extension of the South-West Bus Station, aiming to transform the outdated and fragmented infrastructure into a coherent mobility node, with clear flows and modern services. Main tasks: improving the functional organization of the South-West Bus Station in Chișinău by separating the flows of passengers, buses and services; creating a clear and safe route for users, from the access area to the waiting hall and platforms; completing the existing building with necessary functions, such as commercial spaces, services and temporary accommodation for passengers in transit; reorganizing the exterior platform, the platforms and the pedestrian and vehicular circulation; improving the architectural image of the bus station, so that it becomes a more organized, accessible and representative facility for the south-western area of Chișinău municipality. Methods used in the work: the development of the work was based on a gradual research process, which included the study of the historical context, the analysis of existing documentation, the examination of statistical data and the evaluation of the current situation of the facility. The results of these stages contributed to the formulation of the functional, architectural and urban solutions proposed in the project. Results obtained: the solution for the modernization and extension of the South-West Bus Station in Chișinău was developed by reorganizing the existing building and completing the complex with new functions: a hotel, commercial spaces, passenger services and underground parking. The hotel is proposed as a separate volume intended for passengers in transit, while the commercial area provides the connection between it and the bus station. The arrival and departure platforms are clearly separated, and the access routes for passengers, buses and cars are organized to ensure safer and more coherent circulation. The underground parking with 220 spaces serves both the bus station and the proposed functions, as well as users who continue their journey by public transport. Through the proposed solutions, the complex is adapted to current requirements and integrated into the urban context, while preserving the role of the South-West Bus Station as an important transport node.
