Abstract

The aim and objectives of the work: are to carry out microbiological research in bee honey according to the bacterial load. Research objectives: 1. Studying the results related to the identification of yeasts and molds in honey; 2. Determination of indices with reference to the identification of lactobacilli in honey; 3. Appreciation of the results related to the identification of bifidobacteria; The theoretical significance. The laboratory researches present the results of researches of bee honey and the reproduction of some aspects of the quality after the microbiological laboratory researches. Scientific novelty it is based on some data on the microflora of some categories of bee honey. The applicative value of the work of the paper is the investigation and obtaining of indices that reflect the quality of bee honey of different categories.

Scopul şi obiectivele lucrării: sunt efectuarea cercetărilor microbiologice în mierea de albine după încărcătura bacteriană. Obiectivele cercetărilor: 1. Studierea rezultatelor referitoare la identificarea drojdiilor și mucegaiurilor în miere; 2. Determinarea indicilor cu referire la identificarea lactobacililor în miere; 3. Aprecierea rezultatelor referitoare la identificarea bifidobacteriilor; Semnificaţia teoretică. Cercetările de laborator prezintă rezultatele unor cercetări a mierii de albine și redarea unor aspecte a calității după cercetările de laborator microbiologice. Noutatea stiinţifică. se bazează pe unle date despre microflora unor categorii de miere de albine. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării a lucrării reprezintă investigarea și obținerea indicilor care să reflecte calitatea mierii de albine de diferite categorii.
