Abstract

Scopul şi obiectivele lucrării: constituie studiul infecțiilor dermatogene investigate în cadrul patologiilor bolilor de piele la animalele de companie investigate în cadrul clinicilor veterinare după schema clasică microbiologică de laborator. Obiectivele sunt reprezentate de unele cercetări microbiologice şi identificarea microflorei dermatitelor alergice înregistrate la caninele de diferite rase prin metodele cercetărilor de laborator microbiologice. Investigațiile microbiologice au fost efectuate pe canine de diferite rase și s-a efectuat identificarea germenilor microbienei declanșatori reprezentați de micete, levuri și microorganisme. Semnificaţia teoretică. Cercetările microbiologice a dermatitelor alergice la canine au fost efectuate în scopul determinării caracteristicilor germenilor care afectează caninele. Investigațiile microbiologice de laborator au permis identificarea speciilor microbiene frecvent implicate în patologia dermatitelor la canine. Noutatea stiinţifică. Cercetările microbiologice privind noutatea științifică ne-au oferit posibilitatea de a aprecia speciile microbiene în cadrul dermatitelor alergice la canine și de a releva unele concluzii referitor la evaluărea și identificarea speciilor microbiene frecvent implicate în dermatitele întâlnite la animalele de companie. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării. Lucrarea prezintă valoare după metodologia de cercetare a dermatitelor alergice la animalele de companie prin interpretarea indicilor microbiologici importanți confirmați, confirmând diverse specii microbiene patogene declanșatoare de dermatite alergice.

The purpose and objectives of the work: it is the study of dermatogenic infections investigated in the pathology of skin diseases in pets investigated in veterinary clinics according to the classic microbiological laboratory scheme. The objectives are represented by some microbiological research and the identification of the microflora of allergic dermatitis registered in canines of different breeds through the methods of microbiological laboratory research. Microbiological investigations were carried out on canines of different breeds and the identification of the triggering microbial germs represented by fungi, yeasts and microorganisms was carried out. The theoretical significance. Microbiological investigations of allergic dermatitis in canines have been carried out in order to determine the characteristics of the germs affecting canines. Laboratory microbiological investigations allowed the identification of microbial species frequently involved in the pathology of canine dermatitis. Scientific novelty. Microbiological research on scientific novelty has given us the opportunity to appreciate the microbial species in allergic dermatitis in canines and to reveal some conclusions regarding the evaluation and identification of microbial species frequently involved in pet dermatitis. The applicative value of the work. The paper presents value following the pet allergic dermatitis research methodology by interpreting the confirmed important microbiological indices, confirming various pathogenic microbial species triggering allergic dermatitis.
