Ameliorarea capacităților de creștere și îngrășare prin utilizarea raselor performante de porcine

Abstract

The article presents the results of research demonstrating the influence of meat breeds on the reproduction and growth process of hybrids in different age periods. Differences were found regarding the productive capacities of sows and young pigs based on the use of meat breeds and hybrid boars in different combinations of genotypes. The prolificacy of sows was within the limits of over ten piglets, and the mass of a piglet at birth exceeded 1, 5 kg in all experimental groups. Up to the age of 21 days, the weight of an individual from the first group was higher. In the following age periods, the rate of body mass accumulation intensifies in hybrids reproduced using the Duroc breed and hybrid boars. Thus, the mass of a piglet reached higher values compared to the young pigs from the first group in the following periods of growth and development. It was established that pig production depends on the ability to combine lines from the Pietrain, Duroc breeds, as well as hybrid boars that form the quality of carcasses and meat. According to the tests carried out, it was established that the differences in the mass of ham and the layer of bacon on the back between pig hybrids were 0, 9 kg and 1, 6 mm. Experimental data confirm the ability to use purebred and hybrid boars for the production of carcasses according to the requirements in force for processing and fresh consumption.

În articol sunt prezentate rezultatele cercetărilor privind influența raselor de carne asupra procesului de reproducție şi creştere a hibrizilor în diferite perioade de vârstă. Au fost constatate diferențe privind capacitățile productive ale scroafelor şi tineretului suin, în funcție de utilizarea raselor de carne şi a vierilor hibrizi în diferite combinații de genotipuri. Prolificitatea scroafelor a depăşit zece purcei, iar masa unui purcel la naştere a fost mai mare de 1, 5 kg în toate loturile experimentale. Până la vârsta de 21 de zile, greutatea unui individ din primul lot experimental a fost superioară. În perioadele ulterioare de vârstă, viteza de acumulare a masei corporale s-a intensificat la hibrizii obținuți prin utilizarea rasei Duroc şi a vierilor hibrizi. Astfel, masa unui purcel a atins valori superioare comparativ cu tineretul suin din primul lot în etapele ulterioare de creştere şi dezvoltare. S-a stabilit că productivitatea suinelor depinde de capacitatea de combinare a liniilor din rasele Pietrain şi Duroc, precum şi a vierilor hibrizi, care determină calitatea carcaselor şi a cărnii. Conform testărilor efectuate, diferențele privind masa jambonului şi grosimea stratului de slănină la nivelul spinării între hibrizii de suine au constituit 0, 9 kg şi, respectiv, 1, 6 mm. Datele experimentale confirmă capacitatea utilizării vierilor de rasă pură şi a celor hibrizi pentru producerea carcaselor în funcție de cerințele actuale de procesare şi de consum în stare proaspătă.
