Scopul lucrării: este analiza bazelor teoretice ale tehnologiei de prelucrare a deșeurilor de origine vegetală în industria de panificație. În conformitate cu obiectivul stabilit, au fost realizate următoarele sarcini: realizarea unei caracterizări generale a aspectelor ecologice ale producerii bioenergiei din deșeuri vegetale; efectuarea unei analize SWOT comparative a tehnologiilor de producere a bioenergiei; determinarea bazelor tehnologice ale prelucrării deșeurilor vegetale în biocombustibil solid; identificarea problematicii producerii peletelor din paie și a soluțiilor posibile pentru rezolvarea acestor aspecte. Obiectul cercetării: îl constituie biotehnologiile de obținere a bioenergiei din deșeuri vegetale în industria de panificație. Subiectul cercetării: îl reprezintă caracterul ecologic al tehnologiilor de prelucrare a deșeurilor de origine vegetală în biocombustibil solid.
Purpose of the thesis: The aim of the research is to analyse the theoretical foundations of technologies for processing plant-based waste in the bakery industry. In accordance with the established objective, the following tasks were completed: to provide a general characterization of the ecological aspects of bioenergy production from plant waste; to carry out a comparative SWOT analysis of bioenergy production technologies; to identify the technological foundations for processing plant waste into solid biofuel; to determine the challenges faced in the production of straw pellets and possible solutions to address them. Object of research: Biotechnologies used for obtaining bioenergy from plant waste in bakery production. Subject of research: The environmental sustainability of technologies for processing plant-based waste into solid biofuel.
