Mastigoforozele tractului gastrointestinal ale carnivorelor, diagnostic și tratament

Abstract

Целью выполненной работы: Целью работы являлось изучение мастигофор кишечного тракта у кошек и собак, выявление распространённости инвазий в зависимости от возраста, условий содержания и видового состава паразитов. Основные задачи: 1. Провести диагностику мастигофороза. 2. Оценить распространенность инвазии. 3. Сравнить эффективность лечебных схем.Материалы и методы исследования: В работе применялись методы прямой микроскопии фекалий, флотации по Фюллеборну и Дарлингу, окрашивания по Люголю и Романовскому-Гимзе, ИФА и ПЦР-диагностика.Теоретическая и практическая новизна исследования заключается в комплексном подходе к диагностике с использованием микроскопии, иммуноферментного анализа (ИФА) и полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР), а также в сравнительном анализе распространённости инфекции у животных различных возрастных групп и условий содержания.

Scopul lucrării: Scopul lucrării a fost studierea mastigoforelor tractului intestinal la câini și pisici, identificarea prevalenței infecțiilor în funcție de vârstă, condițiile de întreținere și speciile de paraziți. Obiective principale: 1. Efectuarea diagnosticului mastigoforozei. 2. Evaluarea prevalenței invaziei. 3. Compararea eficienței schemelor de tratament. Materiale și metode de cercetare: Au fost utilizate metode de microscopie directă a fecalelor, flotare conform Fulleborn și Darling, colorare cu soluția Lugol și metoda Romanovsky-Giemsa, ELISA și diagnostic PCR. Noutatea teoretică și practică a cercetării constă în abordarea complexă a diagnosticului, utilizând microscopia, testele imunoenzimatice (ELISA) și reacția în lanț a polimerazei (PCR), precum și în analiza comparativă a prevalenței infecției în funcție de vârsta și condițiile de întreținere ale animalelor.

Objective of the work: The objective of the study was to examine mastigophores in the intestinal tract of dogs and cats, to determine the prevalence of infections depending on age, living conditions, and the species composition of the parasites. Main tasks: 1. Perform diagnosis of mastigophorosis. 2. Assess the prevalence of the invasion. 3. Compare the effectiveness of treatment regimens. Materials and research methods: The study used direct fecal microscopy, Fulleborn and Darling flotation methods, Lugol and Romanowsky-Giemsa staining, ELISA, and PCR diagnostics. Theoretical and practical novelty of the research lies in a comprehensive diagnostic approach using microscopy, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and polymerase chain reaction (PCR), as well as in a comparative analysis of infection prevalence in animals of different age groups and living conditions.
