Parazitozele peștelui din unele biotopuri acvatice naturale ale Republicii Moldova

Abstract

Scopul cercetărilor a fost monitorizarea stării de sănătate a peștilor din diverse locații și evaluarea eventualelor infecții parazitare sau boli care ar putea afecta ecosistemele acvatice și implicit, industria piscicolă din Moldova, în scopul implementării unor noi metode de profilaxie și combatere Obiectivele lucrării au inclus: 1. Identificarea helmintofaunei la speciile de pești din diverse ecosisteme acvatice ale RM; 2. Evaluarea impactului helmintofaunei asupra speciilor de pești; 3. Evaluarea mecanismelor de infectare; 4. Elaborarea măsurilor de profilaxie și combatere a helmintozelor la pești.

The aim of the research was to monitor the health condition of fish from various locations and to assess potential parasitic infections or diseases that could affect aquatic ecosystems and, implicitly, the fish farming industry in Moldova, with the purpose of implementing new methods of prevention and control. The objectives of the thesis included: 1. Identifying the helminth fauna in fish species from various aquatic ecosystems of the RM; 2. Evaluating the impact of the helminth fauna on fish species; 3. Assessing the mechanisms of infection; 4. Developing prevention and control measures for fish helminthiases.
