Cercetări privind indicii hematologici în piroplamidoza canină

Abstract

Diagnosticul babesiozei canine are la bază, de cele mai multe ori, tabloul clinic corelat cu parazitismul căpușelor, sezonul apariției, dar cel mai important indiciu este diagnosticul de laborator. Pe parcursul cercetării am putut observa schimbările parametrilor morfologici și biochimici ai sângelui într-un stadiu incipient al bolii, care este esențial pentru elucidarea patogenezei, dezvoltarea de noi abordări în diagnosticul bolii, prevenirea complicațiilor și tratamentul animalelor.

The diagnosis of canine babesiosis is based, most of the time, on the clinical picture correlated with tick parasitism, the season of appearance, but the most important clue is the laboratory diagnosis. During the research, we were able to observe the changes in the morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood at an early stage of the disease, which is essential for the elucidation of the pathogenesis, the development of new approaches in the diagnosis of the disease, the prevention of complications and the treatment of animals.
