Aprecierea eficacității dehelmintizării cailor la Școala Republicană de Hipism și Pentatlon Modern

Abstract

Цель работы: Провести мониторинг паразитарной ситуации в Школе конного спорта г. Кишинёва и оценить терапевтическую эффективность современных антигельминтных препаратов. Основные задачи: • Изучить видовой состав и распространенность основных гельминтозов у спортивных лошадей разных возрастных групп. • Оценить специфичность применяемых методов диагностики. • Оценить эффективность применяемых препаратов (например, на основе ивермектина, моксидектина или празиквантела) методом копрологических исследований. • Выявить наличие возможной резистентности паразитов к часто используемым действующим веществам. Материалы и методы исследования: Объект: Лошади различных пород, используемые в конном спорте и пятиборье. Методы: Клинические: осмотр животных, оценка состояния шерстного покрова и упитанности. Лабораторные: копрологические исследования методами флотации (Фюллеборна, Берна, Виллиса), микроскопия, скотч-тест. Работа представляет собой комплексный анализ: клинических проявлений гельминтозов и влияние на спортивную работоспособность лошадей, методов лабораторной диагностики, препаратов, применяемых для дегельминтизации лошадей, анализ гельминтной устойчивости и принципов рационального использования антигельминтиков.

Scopul lucrării: Monitorizarea situației parazitare în Școala Republicană de Hipism și Pentatlon Modern din municipiul Chișinău și evaluarea eficienței terapeutice a preparatelor antihelmintice moderne. Obiectivele principale: • Studierea compoziției specifice și a gradului de răspândire a principalelor helmintoze la caii de sport din diferite grupe de vârstă; • Evaluarea specificității metodelor de diagnostic utilizate; • Determinarea eficacițății preparatelor administrate, prin metode de investigație coproparazitologică; • Identificarea prezenței unei posibile rezistențe a paraziților la substanțele active frecvent utilizate. Materiale și metode de cercetare: Obiectul cercetării - cai de diferite rase, utilizați în sportul ecvestru și pentatlonul modern. Metode utilizate - examinarea animalelor, evaluarea stării tegumentelor și a gradului de întreținere corporală; investigații coproparazitologice prin metode de flotație (Fülleborn, Berman, Willis), microscopie și testul cu bandă adezivă. Lucrarea reprezintă un studiu complex care abordează manifestările clinice ale helmintozelor și impactul acestora asupra performanței sportive a cailor, metodele moderne de diagnostic de laborator, evaluarea eficienței preparatelor utilizate în dehelmintizarea cabalinelor, analiza rezistenței helmintice și principiile utilizării raționale a antihelminticelor.

Aim of the study: To monitor the parasitological status at the Republican School of Equestrian Sport and Modern Pentathlon in Chișinău and to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of modern anthelmintic preparations. Main objectives: • To study the species composition and prevalence of the main helminth infections in sport horses from different age groups; • To assess the specificity of the diagnostic methods applied; • To determine the efficacy of the administered preparations using coproparasitological investigation methods; • To identify the presence of possible parasite resistance to frequently used active substances. Materials and methods of research: Object of the study - horses of different breeds used in equestrian sport and modern pentathlon. Methods applied - clinical examination of the animals, assessment of skin and coat condition and body condition score; coproparasitological investigations using flotation methods (Fülleborn, Baermann, Willis), microscopy and the adhesive tape test. The thesis represents a comprehensive study addressing the clinical manifestations of helminth infections and their impact on the athletic performance of horses, modern laboratory diagnostic methods, evaluation of the efficacy of preparations used for equine deworming, analysis of helminth resistance and the principles of rational use of anthelmintics.
