Particularitățile dezvoltării și stingerii incendiilor în spații închise

Abstract

Scopul realizării lucrării este studierea particularităților dezvoltării și stingerii incendiilor în spațiile închise ale clădirilor și instalațiilor cu diversă destinație și sarcină termică, compartimentare tactico-operativă deosebită aflate în diferite puncte și la diferite părți constructive ale acestora. Obiectivele principale ale proiectului de licență: 1. Analiza compartimentării tactico-operative a obiectivelor (construcții și instalații) cu diversă destinație exploatațională și a pericolului de incendiu al acestora. 2. Studierea fenomenelor de izbucnire și dezvoltare a incendiilor, a căilor de propagare către alte părți componente ale cladirilor și edificiilor, a metodelor și procedeelor de stingere a incendiilor. Structura lucrării. Lucrarea prezintă un studiu minuțios al problemelor legate de izbucnirea incendiilor în procesul exploatării obiectivelor cu diversă destinație, fenomene extrem de periculoase care provoacă pagube enorme și prezintă pericol pentru viața oamenilor. Capitolul 1. ”Caracteristica tactico-operativă a clădirilor și edificiilor”. Este dedicat studierii unui șir de probleme, ce țin de modul de construire, compartimentare și amplasare a construcțiilor, astfel, încât la izbucnirea unui incendiu, acesta să aibă posibilități minime de dezvoltare și propagare în timp și în spațiu, iar incendiul să fie reținut în spațiul unde a izbucnit, o durată cât mai mare de timp. Capitolul 2. ”Particularitățile dezvoltării incendiilor în spații închise”. Sunt studiate căile și modalitățile de dezvoltare a incendiilor în spațiu închis ca funcție de natura și modul de amplasare a sarcinii combustibile, precum și căile de propagare a incendiului către alte spații. Capitolul 3. ”Particularitățile stingerii incendiilor în spații închise”. Sunt studiate problemele ce țin de localizarea și stingerea incendiilor în diferite părți ale clădirilor și instalațiilor, substanțele folosite pentru stingerea cât mai rapidă a incendiilor și reducerea pagubelor. Capitolul 4. ”Managementul securității la incendii”. Sunt analizate și studiate mijloacele și măsurile cu caracter constructiv, planificator, organizatoric și instructiv-educaționale care să reducă la minim probabilitatea declanșării incendiilor, iar în cazul izbucnirii acestora să fie evitate jertfele umane și reduse la minimum pagubele materiale.

The purpose of the work is to study the peculiarities of the development and extinguishing of fires in closed spaces of buildings and facilities with various purposes and thermal load, special tactical-operative compartmentation located at different points and constructive parts of them. The work presents a thorough study of the problems related to the outbreak of fires in the process of exploiting facilities with various purposes, extremely dangerous phenomena that cause enormous damage and pose a danger to people's lives. Chapter 1. ”Tactical-operative characteristics of buildings and edifices”. It is dedicated to the study of a number of problems related to the construction, compartmentalization and location of buildings, so that when a fire breaks out, it has minimal possibilities of development and propagation in time and space, and the fire is contained in the space where it broke out, for as long as possible. Chapter 2. ”Particularities of the development of fires in closed spaces”. The ways and means of developing fires in closed spaces are studied as a function of the nature and location of the combustible load, as well as the ways of propagation of the fire to other spaces. Chapter 3. ”Peculiarities of fire extinguishing in enclosed spaces”. The issues related to the localization and extinguishing of fires in different parts of buildings and installations are studied, the substances used to extinguish fires as quickly as possible and reduce damage. Chapter 3. ” Fire safety management”. The means and measures of a constructive, planning, organizational and instructional-educational nature are analyzed and studied to minimize the probability of fires starting, and in the event of their outbreak, to avoid human casualties and minimize material damage.
