Abstract

Tema și obiectul proiectului de licență îl constituie - blocul de locuit nr. 24 cu regim în elevație S+P+5E amplasat într-o zonă liniștită, pe teritoriul APL Băcioi, mun. Chișinău, care are dimensiunile axelor principale A1-D1 cu l=19,00 m și 1/1-8/8 cu L=36,00 m. La nivelul -3,400 avem proiectat parcare destinată pentru 15 autoturisme. De asemenea acesta dispune de rampă acces pentru mașini și persoane cu necesități speciale. Blocul de locuit este alcătuit din 34 de apartamente, după cum urmează: 11 cu o odaie, 2 cu 2 două odăi și 21 de apartamente cu trei odăi. În baza sarcinilor și condițiilor tehnice s-au realizat lucrările de proiectare. După această, a fost elaborată documentația de deviz privind costul estimativ al obiectivului ce urmează a fi implementat. În conformitate cu normativele și legislația în vigoare, recepția lucrărilor se va efectua după finalizarea tuturor ansamblurilor de lucrărilor preconizate, conectarea la furnizorii de gaze naturale, apă, canalizare, internet etc. Schema construcției se prezintă sub formă de schelet monolit din beton armat și umplutură de zidărie pentru etajele superioare, pereți din beton monolit la subsol. Înălțimea etajelor constituie 3,15 m. În calitate de cotă convențională 0,000 este fixat nivelul pardoselii finite a clădirii ce corespunde cu cota absolută de 127,20 în planul general. Proiectul dat de licență este format din următoarele: memoriu explicativ – 5 capitole, concluzii, bibliografie, anexe. Acesta conține 66 pagini de format A4 (fără anexe). Bibliografia este alcătuită din 32 surse de referință. Anexele memoriului explicativ sunt formate din 75 pagini, format A4. Partea grafică formează 11 coli format A1. Proiectul de licență este format conform normelor, exigențelor legislației și actelor normative adoptate în Republica Moldova.

The theme and objective of the bachelor's thesis consist of—residential building no. 24 with an elevation regime of B+GF+5F, located in a quiet area on the territory of the Băcioi Local Public Authority (LPA), Chișinău municipality, which has main axis dimensions of A1-D1 with l = 19.00 m and 1/1-8/8 with L = 36.00m. At the -3.400 level, a parking lot designed for 15 cars is planned. It also features an access ramp for vehicles and persons with special needs. The residential building consists of 34 apartments, as follows: 11 one-room apartments, 2 two room apartments, and 21 three-room apartments. The design work was carried out based on the technical specifications and conditions. Following this, the cost estimation documentation was developed regarding the estimated cost of the objective to be implemented. In accordance with the regulations and legislation in force, the handover of the works will take place after the completion of all scheduled construction assemblies and the connection to natural gas, water, sewerage, internet providers, etc. The structural system is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic framework with masonry infill for the upper floors, and monolithic concrete walls for the basement. The floor-to-floor height is 3.15 m. The relative zero level 0.000 is set as the finished floor level of the building, which corresponds to the absolute elevation of 127.20 in the general plan. This bachelor's thesis consists of the following: an explanatory memorandum—5 chapters, conclusions, bibliography, and appendices. It contains 66 pages of A4 format (excluding appendices). The bibliography comprises 32 reference sources. The appendices of the explanatory memorandum consist of 75 pages of A4 format. The graphic part consists of 11 sheets of A1 format. The bachelor's thesis is structured according to the norms, legal requirements, and regulatory acts adopted in the Republic of Moldova.
