Abstract

Obiectul prezentului proiect de licență reprezintă o clădire civilă de configurație deptunghiulară în plan cu dimensiunile generale între axe 36,0 × 25,0 𝑚��2. Structura de rezistență este soluționată prin fundații izolate de suprafață din beton armat monolit, scheletul metalic al construcției este realizat dupa seria 1.420.3-37.06 ”UNIMARK-R1”. Compartimentarea exterioară este realizată din panouri de perete ”Sandwitch” și tîmplărie din PVC, în interioară – pereți despărțitori din zidărie ușoară. Proiectul de licență conține memoriul explicativ și partea grafică. Memoriul explicativ este compusă din 7 capitole, concluzii, bibliografie. Proiectul de licență este elaborat în conformitate cu exigenețele actelor normative valabile în Republica Moldova.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a civil building of rectangular layout with overall dimensions between axes of 36.0 × 25.0 m². The load-bearing structure is solved by means of isolated shallow foundations made of monolithic reinforced concrete, the metal frame of the building is executed according to series 1.420.3-37.06 "UNIMARK-R1". The external cladding is made of sandwich panel walls and PVC joinery, while the interior partitions are made of lightweight masonry. The bachelor's thesis includes an explanatory memorandum and a graphical part. The explanatory memorandum consists of 7 chapters, conclusions, and a bibliography. The bachelor's thesis has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the normative acts in force in the Republic of Moldova.
