Contribuții privind dezvoltarea activității întreprinderii S.R.L "PERFECT TRADE"

Abstract

Дипломная работа рассматривает возможность усовершенствования предприятия S.R.L „PERFECT TRADE” с целью повышения производительности труда внутри рассматриваемого подразделения предприятия. Первая часть дипломной работы представит подробное описание текущего состояния предприятия, включая общие аспекты, такие как история, местоположение, экономико-финансовые характеристики, включая основные средства и их характеристики (износ, типы), а также общее описание территории, принадлежащей и используемой предприятием, включая здания. Во второй части дипломной особое внимание будет уделено зоне ТО, и будет подробно исследована возможность их повторного использования с использованием современного оборудования. Третья часть будет посвящена управлению качеством работ на предприятии, организация эфективности работ, скорости выполненых работ. Будет проведен анализ внутренней и внешней среды предприятия с использованием различных методов, таких как SWOT-анализ, который поможет выявить сильные и слабые стороны, а также возможности и угрозы, с которыми сталкивается организация. Особенное внимание будет уделено конкурентной среде, а также текущим рыночным тенденциям, влияющим на деятельность предприятия. Четвертая часть будет посвещена услугам сдачи в аренду авто: предложения, международная практика, разработка предложений. Пятая часть дипломной работы будет рассмптривать технические работы, слесарные работы, компьютернодиагностичиские работы и т.д каторые будут произведены на автомобилях. От приезда транспортного средства на територию СТО, до выезда его с територии. Процедура проверки ходовой части, осмотор двигателя, проверка исправности всех систем авто, процедура химчистки салона, полировка кузова и т.д.

Prima parte a lucrării de diplomă va oferi o descriere detaliată a stării actuale a întreprinderii, inclusiv aspecte generale, cum ar fi istoria, amplasamentul, caracteristicile economico-financiare, inclusiv bunurile de bază și caracteristicile acestora (uzura, tipurile), precum și o descriere generală a terenului aparținând și utilizat de către întreprindere, inclusiv clădirile. În a doua parte a lucrării de diplomă, se va acorda o atenție deosebită zonei de service, iar posibilitatea reutilizării acestora cu echipamente moderne va fi investigată detaliat. A treia parte va fi dedicată managementului calității lucrărilor din cadrul întreprinderii, organizarea eficienței lucrărilor și vitezei de execuție. Se va efectua o analiză a mediului intern și extern al întreprinderii folosind diverse metode, cum ar fi analiza SWOT, care va ajuta la identificarea punctelor forte și slabe, precum și a oportunităților și amenințărilor cu care se confruntă organizația. O atenție deosebită va fi acordată mediului concurențial, precum și tendințelor actuale de pe piață care influențează activitatea întreprinderii. A patra parte va fi dedicată serviciilor de închiriere auto: oferte, practici internaționale, dezvoltarea propunerilor. A cincea parte a lucrării de diplomă va analiza lucrările tehnice, lucrările de mecanică și lucrările de diagnosticare computațională ș.a.m.d., care vor fi efectuate pe vehicule. De la sosirea vehiculului pe teritoriul service-ului auto până la plecarea sa de pe teritoriu. Procedura de verificare a sistemului de suspensie, inspectarea motorului, verificarea funcționalității tuturor sistemelor auto, procedura de curățare chimică a habitaclului, polisharea caroseriei etc. Scopul acestei lucrări de diplomă este de a prezenta inovațiile care pot influența dezvoltarea companiei și de a atrage atenția consumatorilor, un aspect esențial fiind atragerea de investiții și crearea unui proiect economic eficient cu un termen de recuperare realist, asigurând un nivel ridicat de întreținere tehnică a flotei de vehicule a întreprinderii. Astfel, lucrarea de diplomă va reprezenta o cercetare complexă, care va acoperi atât starea actuală, cât și perspectivele de dezvoltare ale întreprinderii în condițiile pieței moderne.

This thesis examines the possibility of enhancing the S.R.L. "PERFECT TRADE" company's operations to increase labor productivity within the analyzed department. The first part of the thesis will provide a detailed description of the current state of the company, including general aspects such as its history, location, economic and financial characteristics, including fixed assets and their parameters (depreciation, types), as well as an overview of the territory owned and used by the company, including buildings. In the second part, special attention will be paid to the maintenance area, where the potential for its reuse with modern equipment will be thoroughly investigated. The third part will focus on quality management within the company, the organization of work efficiency, and the speed of completed tasks. An analysis of the internal and external environment of the company will be conducted using various methods, such as SWOT analysis, which will help identify the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats faced by the organization. Particular emphasis will be placed on the competitive environment and current market trends affecting the company's operations. The fourth part will be dedicated to car rental services: offers, international practices, and proposal development. The fifth part of the thesis will consider technical works, repair jobs, computer diagnostics, etc., that will be performed on vehicles, from the arrival of the vehicle at the service station to its departure. The procedures will include checking the suspension system, inspecting the engine, verifying the functionality of all vehicle systems, the interior cleaning process, body polishing, etc. The purpose of this thesis is to present innovations that could influence the company’s development and attract consumer interest, as well as the significant aspect of attracting investments, potentially making it an economically viable project with a realistic payback period, ensuring a high level of fleet maintenance. Thus, the thesis will represent a comprehensive study covering both the current state and the prospects for the company's development in today's market conditions.
