Crearea și dezvoltarea unui serviciu de transport durabil și profitabil pentru Î.C.S. "Grip-Engineering" S.R.L.

Abstract

În capitolul unu, sunt prezentate datele statistice a productiei industriale, a ratei șomajului in diferite perioade de timp și indicii economici ai Republicii Moldova și Germaniei intr-o analiza comparativa . În capitolul doi se evidențiază procesul de transport din regiune si în compania Grip Engineering, calculele relevante ale proceselor de transport precum si problemele cu care se întâmpină transpotrul din cadrul companiei. În capitolul trei sunt analizate perspectivele de viitor și îmbunătățirile care vor optimiza procesul de transport de mărfuri în compania analizată. Domeniul de studiu îl prezintă analiza rentabilitații deținerii de catre compania Grip Engineering a propriului parc auto ce asigura transportul angajatilor la locul de munca și a transportului produselor industriale in detrimentului companiilor specializate în transportul internațional de marfuri si colete. Avantajele, dezavantajele si punctele critice ale alternativelor. Metoda de cercetare este de tip experimental și observațional, construită pe observație și participare directă la întregul proces de producere, export, import, prestarea de servicii de mentenanță și dialogul constant cu beneficiarii. În calitate de inginer în cadrul acestei companii, am identificat mai multe aspecte care pot fi optimizate. Scopul principal al tezei este de a optimiza costurile și timpii pentru deservirea clienților și livrarea mărfurilor, prin propunerea unor soluții de îmbunătățire a procesului de transport paralel făcând o legătură și cu departamentul de vânzări pentru a asigura dezvoltarea continuă a companiei.

In chapter one, statistical data on industrial production, unemployment rate in different periods of time and economic indices of the Republic of Moldova and Germany are presented in a comparative analysis. In chapter two, the transport process in the region and in the Grip Engineering company is highlighted, the relevant calculations of transport processes as well as the problems encountered by the transporter within the company are analyzed. In chapter three, future prospects and improvements that will optimize the process of transporting goods in the analyzed company are analyzed. The field of study presents the analysis of the profitability of the Grip Engineering company's ownership of its own fleet of vehicles that ensure the transportation of employees to the workplace and the transportation of industrial products to the detriment of companies specializing in the international transport of goods and packages. Advantages, disadvantages and critical points of the alternatives. The research method is experimental and observational, built on observation and direct participation in the entire process of production, export, import, provision of maintenance services and constant dialogue with beneficiaries. As an engineer within this company, I identified several aspects that can be optimized. The main goal of the thesis is to optimize costs and times for customer service and delivery of goods, by proposing solutions to improve the parallel transport process, also making a connection with the sales department to ensure the continuous development of the company.
