Perfecționarea procesului de logistică a pieselor de schimb în compania "Agroprofi" S. R. L.

Abstract

Scopul urmărit pe tot parcursul acestei lucrări este de a stabili căile posibile de dezvoltare a companiei ”Agroprofi” S.R.L.”, prin procesul de efincitizare a proceselor din cadrul activitații companiei și optimizarea potențialului resurselor deținute la momentul actual. Actualmente de a spori potențialul financiar al companiei ”Agroprofi” S.R.L.”. O descriere generală a afacerii de comercializare a pieselor de schimb și a utilajului agricol în cadrul unei țări agricole, importanța unei așa gen de afaceri și efeciența financiară. Capitolul 1: La etapa aceasta am efectuat o analiza profundă a situației existente a transportului de mărfuri. Axându-ne pe unele elemente esențiale în activitatea de transport de mărfuri cum ar fi: populația Republicii Moldova, veniturile și cheltuielile populației, inflația, produsul intern brut (PIB) al Republicii Moldova. Evoluția exporturilor și importurilor de mărfuri a Republicii Moldova în anul 2024 la fel a fost abordată, efectuînd un studiu cu privire la acestea. În baza studiului efectuat am stabilit potențialele probleme și provocări în domeniul transporturilor auto din Republica Moldova în anii 2023-2024. La fel am prezentat noile reglementări din noul cod vamal. Capitolul 2: La începutul acestui compartiment am efectuat o analiza generală a companiei "Agroprofi" S.R.L.., în deosebi sfera sa de activare. Pentru o viziune mai clară asupra activitații companiei am prezentat servicile prestate de compania "Agroprofi" S.R.L. În deosebi am atras atenția la rețiaua de depozite, prezentînd locația, suprafețele. La fel și mijloacele de transport din dotarea companiei cu intermediul cărora se efectuează distribuția mărfii pe la celelalte depozite. Totodată s a efectuaut o analiză profundă asupra situației financiare a companiei "Agroprofi" S.R.L. pentru o constatare mai clară asupra situației existente a rețelelor de distribuție s-a efectuat calculul economic al rutei de transport, stabilind: Calculul cheltuielilor pentru aprovizionare; Calculul cheltuielilor de salarizare; Calculul indicatorilor finali. Capitolul 3: În acest capitol s-a dezvoltat problema stocării în depozit a mărfii în depozit. Pentru o imagine mai clară asupra situației existente a stocurilor în depozit a companiei ”Aro Profi”S.R.L. am efectuat analiza ABC. În cazul nostru, depozitul pentru stocarea mărfii a companiei ”AgroProfi” S.R.L. nu folosește toată marfa stocată pe stelaje. El deține doar 4 stelaje. După organizarea propusă e nevoie de procurat 27 de stelaje. Am propus rafturi pentru depozit pentru paleți. O alta problemă abordată în acest capitol este costurile de combustibil ridicate. Pentru aceasta se propune achiziționarea unui automobil de o capacitate de încarcare mai mică.

The aim of this work is to establish possible ways of development of "Agroprofi" S.R.L., through the process of process optimization within the company's activities. Chapter 1: At this stage we have carried out an in-depth analysis of the existing situation of freight transportation. Focusing on some essential elements in the freight transportation activity such as: the population of the Republic of Moldova, the income and expenditures of the population, infla tion, gross domestic product (GDP) of the Republic of Moldova. The evolution of exports and imports of goods of the Republic of Moldova in the year 2024 was also addressed by conducting a study on them. On the basis of the conducted study we have established the potential problems and challenges in the field of automotive transportation in the Republic of Moldova in the years 2023-2024. We also presented the new regulations of the new customs code. Chapter 2: At the beginning of this section we made a general analysis of the company "Ag roprofi" S.R.L., especially its sphere of activity. For a clearer vision of the company's activities we have presented the services rendered by the company "Agroprofi" S.R.L. In particular we have drawn attention to the warehouses network, presenting their location, their facilities. Also the means of transportation used by the company for the distribution of goods to other warehouses. At the same time, an in-depth analysis of the financial situation of "Agroprofi" S.R.L. was carried out in order to get a clearer picture of the existing situation of the distribution network, an economic calculation of the transportation route was made, establishing: Calculation of the supply expenses; Calculation of the payroll expenses; Calculation of the final indicators. Chapter 3: In this chapter, the problem of warehouse storage of goods in the warehouse was developed. For a clearer picture of the existing situation of warehouse stocks of the company "Aro Profi" S.R.L., we performed ABC analysis. In our case, the warehouse for storing goods of the company "AgroProfi" S.R.L. does not use all the goods stored on racks. It has only 4 racks. After the proposed organization, it is necessary to purchase 27 racks. We proposed pallet storage racks. Another problem addressed in this chapter is high fuel costs. For this, it is proposed to purchase a vehicle with a lower loading capacity.
