Abstract

This article presents the elaboration of the natural cold receiver accumulator for milk cooling. Designed receiver accumulator of natural cold can significantly speed up the process of water cooling. The advantage of the receiver-accumulator is that the entire sprayed refrigerant participates in the formation torque of spraying pipes. This provides maximum cooling capacity of the receiver-exchanger. Developed installation is energy saving and environmentally friendly, because it eliminates the use of CFCs.
