Abstract

The study have been conducted to investigate the presowing seed soaking of alfalfa and spring barley in electrochemically activated water on seed germination. Catholyte and catholyte-anolyte mixture enhanced the germination percentage by 30...37%, but anolyte inhibited seed germination/ The optimal values of pH and redox potential of electrochemically activated water as well as the optimum time of seed soaking are esteblished.
