Managementul competitivităţii sectorului agroalimentar in contextul asigurării securităţii alimentare a Republicii Moldova

Abstract

Scopul lucrării constă în perfecţionarea mecanismelor manageriale de sporire a competitivităţii sectorului agroalimentar şi asigurării securităţii alimentare a Republicii Moldova. Obiectivele lucrării constau în elucidarea bazelor conceptuale ale managementuluicompetitivităţii; descrierea problemei alimentare în contextul tendinţelor mondiale; elucidarea implicaţiilor manageriale la nivel instituţional în evaluarea competitivităţii sectorului agroalimentar; determinarea nivelului de acces fizic, economic şi consumului de produse alimentare; prezentarea aportului unor întreprinderi agroalimentare la asigurarea securităţii alimentare; perfecţionarea managementului competitivităţii sectorului agroalimentar şi asigurării securităţii alimentare.

Целью данной работы является совершенствование управленческих механизмов по повышению конкурентоспособности агропродовольственного сектора и обеспечении продовольственной безопасности Республики Молдова. Задачами данной работы является выяснение концептуальных основ менеджментa конкурентоспособности; выяснение управленческих последствий на институциональном уровне в оценке конкурентоспособности агропродовольственного сектора; определение уровня физического, экономического доступа и потребления продовольственных продуктов; презентация вклада некоторых агропродовольственных предприятий для обеспечения продовольственной безопасности; усовершенствование управления конкурентоспособности агропродовольственного сектора и обеспечения продовольственной безопасности.

The purpose of this paper consists in the improvement of managerial mechanisms to increase the competitiveness of agro alimentary sector and the food security of the Republic of Moldova. The objectives are to elucidate the conceptual foundations of the management of the competitiveness; description of the food problem in the context of global trends; to elucidate the managerial implications at the institutional level when evaluating the competitiveness of the agro alimentary sector; to determine the level of the physical, economical access and the consumption of food products; to present the contribution of some agro alimentary factories in ensuring food security; to improve the management of the competitiveness of the agro alimentary sector and of food security ensurance.
