Dezvoltarea durabilă a antreprenoriatului pomicol în Republica Moldova (în baza datelor întreprinderilor agricole din Regiunea de Dezvoltare Nord)

Abstract

Scopul lucrării constă în studierea aprofundată a aspectelor teoretice şi metodologice ale antreprenoriatului pomicol și determinarea metodelor și instrumentelor manageriale ce vor asigura dezvoltarea durabilă a lui în Republica Moldova. Obiectivele cercetării: studierea și dezvoltarea teoretico-științifică a conceptelor din domeniul antreprenoriatului și dezvoltării durabile; elucidarea dezvoltării antreprenoriatului în Republica Moldova; analiza evoluției și a tendințelor de dezvoltare a ramurii pomicole (speciile sămânțoase și sâmburoase) în Republica Moldova; cercetarea dezvoltării antreprenoriatului pomicol din Regiunea de Dezvoltare Nord a Republicii Moldova; analiza profilului antreprenoriatului pomicol din cadrul SRL „Domultera”; studierea modalităților de susținere a antreprenoriatului pomicol de către stat; evidențierea și analiza problemelor din domeniul antreprenoriatului pomicol în baza chestionarului; determinarea metodelor și instrumentelor manageriale ce vor asigura dezvoltarea durabilă a antreprenoriatului pomicol din Republica Moldova.

Цель исследования состоит в углубленном изучении теоретических и методологических аспектов предпринимательства и устойчивого развития, а также определение управленческих методов и инструментов, обеспечивающих устойчивое развитие предпринимательства в отрасли плодоводства в Республике Молдова. Задачи диссертации нашли свое отражение в следующих положениях работы: изучение и научно-теоретическая разработка концепций в области предпринимательства и устойчивого развития; выявление развития предпринимательства в Республике Молдова; анализ развития и тенденций развития отрасли плодоводства(семечковые и косточковые виды) в Республике Молдова; исследование развития предпринимательской деятельности в отрасли плодоводства в Северном регионе развития Республике Молдова; анализ профиля предпринимательства в отрасли плодоводства на основе тематического исследования: ООО „Домултера”; изучение путей государственной поддержки предпринимательства в отрасли плодоводства; выявление и анализ проблем в области плодоводческого предпринимательства на основе анкетирования; определение управленческих методов и инструментов, обеспечивающих устойчивое развитие предпринимательства в отрасли плодоводства.

The aim of the research consists in the thorough study of the theoretical and methodological aspects of fruit-growing entrepreneurship and the determination of managerial methods and tools, which will ensurethe sustainable development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova. The objectives of the thesis are summarized in: concepts studying and theoretical-scientific development in the field of entrepreneurship and sustainable development; elucidating the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova; analysis of evolution and development trends of the fruit-growing branch (seed and stone species) in the Republic of Moldova; research on the development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship in the Northern Development Region of the Republic of Moldova; the analysis of the profile of fruit-growing entrepreneurship based on the "Domultera" Ltd; studying ways to support fruit growing entrepreneurship by the State; highlighting and analyzing problems in the field of fruit-growing entrepreneurship based on the questionnaire; determining those managerial methods and tools, which will ensure the sustainable development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship
