Abstract:
The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of the agricultural product treatment process by applying the electrohydraulic effect. The essential problems regarding the use of the electrohydraulic effect in the agricultural product industry consist in determining the parameters of the installation for obtaining high voltage discharges, depending on the dimensions of the electrode chamber in which the treatment takes place, as well as determining the treatment regimes for each category of products in particular. In order to achieve the proposed goal and solve the mentioned problems, an experimental electrical installation was designed, manufactured and implemented, on the basis of which research was carried out, which applies the method of electrohydraulic pulse treatment in the product treatment process. The research was focused on the example of processing various agricultural products, but milk was selected as the main object of research in this study, because it is a product of great interest and with an essential weight in the agri-food industry. The main results obtained based on the research are the establishment of the constructive-functional parameters of the electrohydraulic installation, as well as the optimal technological treatment regimes. The significance of the results obtained lies in solving the current problems currently faced by specialized enterprises in the dairy industry, with an essential increase in the efficiency of the milk treatment process with the application of the electrohydraulic effect, mainly with the reduction of electricity consumption and increased profitability.
