Impactul managementului proiectelor în dezvoltarea spațiului rural din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Scopul şi obiectivele lucrării constau în studierea impactului managementului proiectelor asupra dezvoltării socio-economice a spațiului rural al Republicii Moldova și realizarea tehnicilor neparametrice de evaluare a managementului proiectelor în realizarea sistemului informațional de gestiune a proiectelor investiționale în spațiul rural. Obiectivele tezei sunt: studierea bazelor conceptuale și teoretice cu privire la managementul proiectelor; analiza metodelor utilizate în managementul proiectelor; analiza dezvoltării spațiului rural din Republica Moldova;determinarea impactului investițiilor în dezvoltarea economică a Republicii Moldova; analiza proiectelor investiționale pe regiunile de dezvoltare a Republicii Moldova: Nord, Centru și Sud; estimarea și analiza impedimentelor în dezvoltarea durabilă a spațiului rural; prognozarea dezvoltării spațiului rural prin prisma managementului proiectelor de investiții; elaborarea recomandărilor cu privire la modernizarea managementului proiectelor de investiții aplicat în APL.

The aim and objectives of the paper are to study the impact of project management on the socio-economic development of rural areas of the Republic of Moldova and to develop non-parametric techniques for evaluating project management in the implementation of information management system for investment projects in rural areas. The objectives of the thesis are: studying the conceptual and theoretical bases regarding project management; analysis of methods used in project management; analysis of the development of the rural space in the Republic of Moldova; determining the impact of investments in the economic development of the Republic of Moldova; analysis of investment projects on the development regions of the Republic of Moldova: North, Center and South; estimating and analyzing the impediments in the sustainable development of the rural area; forecasting the development of the rural space through the investment projects management; elaboration of recommendations regarding the modernization of the investment project management applied in the LPA.

Цель и задачи статьи - изучить влияние управления проектами на социально-экономическое развитие сельской местности Республики Молдова и разработать непараметрические методы оценки управления проектами при внедрении информационной системы управления. для инвестиционных проектов в сельской местности. Цели диссертации: изучение концептуальных и теоретических основ управления проектами; анализ методов, используемых в управлении проектами; анализ развития сельской местности в Республике Молдова; определение влияния инвестиций на экономическое развитие Республики Молдова; анализ инвестиционных проектов по регионам развития Республики Молдова: Север, Центр и Юг; оценка и анализ препятствий на пути устойчивого развития села; прогнозирование развития сельского пространства через призму управления инвестиционными проектами; разработка рекомендаций по модернизации системы управления инвестиционными проектами, применяемой в МПУ.
