Sistem de automatizare a proceselor de afaceri prin intermediul unui Telegram bot

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: dezvoltarea unui sistem informațional pentru automatizarea proceselor de afaceri în cadrul întreprinderilor mici, bazat pe o aplicație web integrată cu un Telegram-bot. Sistemul permite gestionarea eficientă a sarcinilor, distribuirea acestora între angajați, monitorizarea stadiului de execuție și notificarea automată a utilizatorilor implicați în proces. Obiectivele generale: analiza proceselor de afaceri existente, proiectarea arhitecturii unui sistem client–server, dezvoltarea aplicației web și a Telegram-botului, implementarea mecanismelor de autentificare și control al accesului pe bază de roluri, precum și integrarea comunicării dintre componente prin intermediul unui API REST. De asemenea, un obiectiv important îl reprezintă testarea și validarea funcționalității sistemului în scenarii reale de utilizare. Domeniul de cercetare: automatizarea proceselor de afaceri, sistemele informaționale distribuite, aplicațiile web moderne, integrarea serviciilor externe prin API-uri, precum și utilizarea platformelor de mesagerie instant pentru suport operațional și comunicare în timp real. Capitolul 1: Acest capitol prezintă fundamentele teoretice ale proceselor de afaceri și conceptele de bază ale automatizării acestora. Sunt analizate soluțiile existente pentru managementul sarcinilor și sistemele informaționale similare, evidențiindu-se avantajele și limitările acestora. Capitolul 2: descrie arhitectura generală a sistemului propus, tehnologiile utilizate și modul de interacțiune dintre componentele principale. Sunt prezentate structura bazei de date, mecanismele de comunicare prin API REST, integrarea Telegram-botului și modelul de securitate bazat pe roluri de utilizator. Capitolul 3: este dedicat implementării practice a sistemului și analizei rezultatelor obținute. Sunt descrise funcționalitățile aplicației web și ale Telegram-botului, mecanismele de notificare și automatizare, precum și testarea sistemului în condiții reale de utilizare. Concluzie: sistemul de automatizare a proceselor de afaceri propus demonstrează eficiența utilizării tehnologiilor moderne în optimizarea activităților organizaționale, reducerea timpului de reacție și îmbunătățirea comunicării dintre administratori, angajați și clienți.

Purpose of the work: the development of an information system for automating business processes in small enterprises, based on a web application integrated with a Telegram bot. The system enables efficient task management, task distribution among employees, monitoring of execution status, and automatic notification of users involved in the process. General objectives: analysis of existing business processes, design of a client–server system architecture, development of the web application and the Telegram bot, implementation of authentication and role-based access control mechanisms, as well as integration of communication between system components through a REST API. An important objective is also the testing and validation of the system’s functionality in real usage scenarios. Field of research: business process automation, distributed information systems, modern web applications, integration of external services via APIs, and the use of instant messaging platforms for operational support and real-time communication. Chapter 1: this chapter presents the theoretical foundations of business processes and the basic concepts of their automation. Existing task management solutions and similar information systems are analyzed, highlighting their advantages and limitations. Chapter 2: describes the general architecture of the proposed system, the technologies used, and the interaction between the main components. The database structure, REST API communication mechanisms, Telegram bot integration, and the role-based security model are presented. Chapter 3: is dedicated to the practical implementation of the system and the analysis of the obtained results. The functionalities of the web application and the Telegram bot, notification and automation mechanisms, as well as system testing under real usage conditions are described. Conclusion: the proposed business process automation system demonstrates the effectiveness of modern technologies in optimizing organizational activities, reducing response time, and improving communication between administrators, employees, and clients.
