Abstract

Fires are extraordinary random phenomena that cause specific emergency situations, accompanied by major material damage and, very often, human casualties. Fire prevention is carried out through a complex of organizational, technical, information, training and education actions and measures, as well as material insurance, designed to prevent the outbreak and spread of fires, to create conditions for quick notification, evacuation and rescue of people, protection material assets and effective firefighting.
