This development has led to legislative changes and regulations aimed at legalizing and facilitating leasing transactions, defining the rights and obligations of the parties involved. The emergence of leasing transactions represents a significant achievement in contract law. In the Republic of Moldova, the legal framework for leasing is outlined in the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova [Articles 1314-1328]. | en_US |
