Proportionality in the administrative procedure

Abstract

This article contains some considerations regarding the content of the principle of proportionality in the administrative procedure, as well as some reflections on judicial control over such administrative decisions. As we will present in the content of this study, the Administrative Code brings with it new regulations, new legal instruments in the matter of administrative procedure and administrative acts, highlighting the applicability of the principle of proportionality.
