Abstract:
The article analyzes the legal and administrative acts that constitute the basis for the registration of real estate within the cadastral system. The study explores the types of acts that form the basis for the registration of rights to real estate, such as sales and purchase contracts, donation deeds, court decisions or administrative provisions. The legal and administrative procedures necessary for the validity of these acts are also examined, highlighting their essential role in ensuring legal security and clarity of property rights. The article provides a detailed analysis of how these acts contribute to the process of registering real estate and protecting the holders of real rights. The legal regime of real estate is based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova, Law on the Real Estate Cadastre, Law on the Administration and Denationalization of Public Property, Land Code.
