Aspecte privind elaborarea strategiilor logistice în cadrul întreprinderilor

Abstract

In this article are described some aspects of logistics and its role in enterprises, the proces of logistics strategy development inside of entreprises. Were identified the main elements of the logistics chain and highlighted some points related to the design and eficient operation of the logistic chain.
