Abstract

The food security makes part from every country's security in the world in that from its side to the global security. To ensure food security of population of the country is the first obligation of this country. The state should use resources efficient and rational otherwise it puts in danger the existence of the country and its population. One of the main problems is the food security, the supply of the population with basic agricultural products and its quality. All the countries of the world are confronting this problem. It sounds paradoxical, in the present, in the informational society, many countries have this problem. That is why the food problem can lead to instability in the world. The ensuring of the food security for all individuals contributes to the social silence of every country, to stability and prosperity.
