Abstract:
Contemporary managers need to be aware that human resources are directly proportional to motivation, which is the psycho-social factor that generates performance. To motivate employees means to reward their contribution to the development of the organization, the spirit of initiative, effort and success. In this context, motivational theories for human resource management are increasingly current. The implementation of motivational systems by small and medium-sized enterprises will allow them to compete in the market and achieve better economic and financial results in competitive conditions.
