Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is dedicated to the social-psychological aspects of the management in labour groups of agricultural enterprises. For the realization of the purpose, a number of investigations have been done They were directed to the elucidate and determine the influence of the psychological personality structure on the economic results and on the psychological climate of the group, and to appreciate the social-psychological parameters of the management styles.
