Abstract

Scopul lucrării constă în proiectarea și construirea unui dispozitiv de gravare cu control numeric, destinat realizării gravurilor personalizate, precise și durabile pe plachete cu cablaj imprimat. Obiectivele generale: Analizarea principiilor de funcționare ale sistemelor de gravare cu control numeric, studierea metodelor de gravare a diferitelor materiale și a tehnologiilor implicate, selectarea componentelor hardware și software utilizate pentru construcția dispozitivului, proiectarea asamblarea și testarea unui prototip funcțional. Domeniul de cercetare lucrarea abordează aspectele teoretice și practice ale proiectării sistemelor de control numeric, utilizând concepte din electronică, microelectronică și inginerie software.

The purpose of the paper is to design and build a numerically controlled etching device for the realization of customized, precise and durable etching on printed wiring wafers. General objectives: to analyze the operating principles of numerically controlled etching systems, to study the etching methods of different materials and the technologies involved, to select the hardware and software components used for the construction of the device, to design, assemble and test a working prototype. The research scope of the paper addresses the theoretical and practical aspects of designing numerical control systems using concepts from electronics, microelectronics and software engineering.
