Abstract

Proiectul de licenţă reprezintă proiectarea și construirea ,,Bloc locativ cu regim in elevație D+P+9E amplasat pe strada Atelierelor, orașul Durlești, municipiul Chișinău”, cu dimensiunea în plan între axe 27,00x21,00 m. Arhitectura construcţiilor este reprezentata planul de amplasare a constructiei si caile de acces, fațadele care sunt termoizolate si au un aspect placut, plan subsol, parter, plan acoperiș, sectiuni. Memoriu conține date generale ale proiectuliui, datele inițiale, date generale pentrun proiectare, amplasare clădiri și eidificii, amenajare spații adiacente, masuri de protecție antiincendiare, indicia tehnico-economici, carcteristici arhitecturale, rețele inginerești (agent termic, apă-canalizare, ventilare, electrică, TV, semnalizare antiincediară). Rezistența și stabilitatea clădirilor, calculul elemnetelor de rezistenta pentru grinda transversal, planșeu și stâlpul la intersecția axelor 2-D. Eforturile au fost obținute tabelar. Partea grafică se prezintă 3 coli A1 cu reprezentarea elemntelor armate, cofrate a elementelor de calculate şi cantitatea de armătură (planșeu, grindă și stâlp). Geotehnică și fundații în baza caietului de sarcini a fost determinat caracteristicile geologice și determinarea fundației. Conform calculelor a fost obținut proiectarea fundații izloate pe piloți continuie sub pereții subsolului. Tehnologi Construcțiilor am realizat fisa tehnologica si determinat volumele de lucrări la infrastructură, determinarea manoperei, termen de execuție, număr de muncitori necesar, mașini și mecanisme, utliaje de construcții. Am reprezentat schemele de defrișare sol, săparea gropii de fundare, executarea proceselor tehnologice a infrastructurii. Partea grafică include 1 colă de format A1 iar în memoriu sunt redate calcuele pentru determinarea manopere, perioadei de execuție a fiecărui proces tehnologic, descrierea proceselor tehnologice. Organizarea construcțiilor am determinat numărul maxim de muncitori și mediu, perioada de execuție a clădirii cu lucrări auxiliare, necesar utilaje, proiectare planului general, drumuri provizorii, necesar materiale, calcul debit apă, amplasarea pe șantier a macaraeli, depozitelor. Economia construcțiilor am relaizat pentru infrastructură, valoarea de deviz 7556694,42 lei cu TVA cu ajutorul programei de calcul WinCmeta. Securitatea activității vitale am determinat riscurile si metodele de prevenire a accidentelor de munca pentru lucrări de terasamente.

The bachelor's project represents the design and construction of the " Residential building with elevation configuration SB+GF+9F located on Atelierelor Street, Durlesti", with the plan dimension between axes 27.00x21.00 m. The architecture of the buildings is represented by the location plan at a scale of 1:500, conventional signs, facade 1-6 and A-E, basement plan, ground floor, roof plan, section 1-1, 2-2, 3-3. The memorandum contains general information about the project, initial data, general data for design, location of buildings and structures, arrangement of adjacent spaces, fire protection measures, technical and economic indicators, architectural characteristics, engineering networks (heating agent, water-sewage, ventilation, electrical, TV, fire signaling). Construction organization, we determined the maximum number of workers and the environment, the construction period with auxiliary works, the necessary equipment, the design of the general plan, temporary roads, the necessary materials, the calculation of water flow, the location of cranes and warehouses on the construction site. Construction economics, we realized for the infrastructure, the estimate value of 7556694.42 lei with VAT using the WinCmeta calculation program. Safety of vital activity for earthworks.
