Мероприятия по обеспечению пожарной безопасности в коммерческом центре PORT MALL

Abstract

Основной целью дипломной работы является разработка мер по обеспечению пожарной безопасности здания торгового центра в соответствии с установленными требованиями. Возникновение пожара обусловлено нарушением правил пожарной безопасности, несоблюдением исправного технического состояния здания, неправильной эксплуатацией инженерных установок (электросистем, водоснабжения, отопления, вентиляции, кондиционирования и т.д.) Аудит пожарной безопасности был проведен в торговом комплексе PORT MALL в соответствии с заданием, выданным руководителем дипломного проекта, с последующим составлением досье пожарной безопасности объекта. Для безопасной эксплуатации данного объекта большое значение имеет соблюдение требований противопожарной безопасности и правильное функционирование инженерных систем. При исследовании торгового центра была учтена специфика деятельности, проведена оценка необходимых базовых требований пожарной безопасности для данного объекта в соответствии с положениями Свода правил по строительству (CP Е.03.02:2018). Работа состоит из 3 глав, в которых рассмотрены и описаны инженерные системы, архитектура и конструктивные элементы здания, расположение здания на территории и территориальное планирование. В первой главе выявлены все необходимые меры пожарной безопасности. Технологический раздел включает в себя расчеты, которые осуществляются путем сравнения состояния объекта на данный момент и требуемых норм. В раздел менеджмента включается в виде отчета выводы и рекомендации по методам обеспечения пожарной безопасности.

Obiectivul principal al tezei este de a dezvolta măsuri pentru asigurarea securității la incendiu a clădirii centrului comercial în conformitate cu cerințele stabilite. Incendiul este cauzat de încălcarea reglementărilor de siguranță la incendiu, neîntreținerea clădirii în stare tehnică bună, funcționarea necorespunzătoare a sistemelor inginerești (sisteme electrice, de alimentare cu apă, de încălzire, ventilație, climatizare etc.) În complexul comercial PORT MALL a fost efectuat un audit de securitate la incendiu, în conformitate cu sarcina emisă de îndrumătorul proiectului de diplomă, cu întocmirea ulterioară a unui dosar de securitate la incendiu pentru instalație. Pentru funcționarea în siguranță a acestei instalații, respectarea cerințelor de siguranță la incendiu și funcționarea corectă a sistemelor inginerești sunt de mare importanță. În timpul studiului centrului comercial, s-a ținut cont de specificul activității și s-a efectuat o evaluare a cerințelor de bază necesare pentru securitatea la incendiu a acestei instalații, în conformitate cu prevederile Codului de practică în construcții (CP E.03.02:2018). Lucrarea este alcătuită din 3 capitole, care examinează și descriu sistemele inginerești, arhitectura și elementele structurale ale clădirii, amplasarea clădirii pe teritoriu și planificarea teritorială. Primul capitol prezintă toate măsurile necesare de siguranță la incendiu. Secțiunea tehnologică include calcule care se efectuează prin compararea stării actuale a obiectului cu standardele necesare. Secțiunea de management include, sub forma unui raport, concluzii și recomandări privind metodele de asigurare a securității la incendiu.

The main purpose of the thesis is to assess the maintenance of the technical condition of the shopping mall building in accordance with the requirements. The occurrence of a fire is motivated by the violation of fire protection rules, by the non-resection of the technical condition of the building, by the incorrect operation of engineering installations (electrical systems, water supply, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, etc.). The fire safety audit was performed on the shopping center PORT MALL, according to the task issued by the leader of the diploma project, by the subsequent preparation of a file on fire safety of the object. It is of the utmost importance for the management of this objective to comply with the fire safety requirements as well as the general safety requirements and the correct functionality of the engineering systems. During the study of the shopping center, the specifics of the activity were taken into account, the necessary basic requirement of fire safety was evaluated during the operation of the protected objective according to the provisions of the Code of Practice in Construction (CP E.03.02: 2018). The thesis consists of 3 chapters in which the engineering systems, the architecture and the constructive parts of the building, the location of the building on the territory and the arrangement of the territory are approached and described. The technology department includes calculations that are made by comparing the current state of the objective and the need for rules.
