Această lucrare are ca scop asigurarea topo-geodezică a lucrărilor de proiectare, identificarea și aplicarea metodelor corespunzătoare pentru execuția acestora prin măsurători tehnologice moderne de precizie înaltă a complexului locativ “Astoria Residence” din municipiul Bălți, începând cu lucrările de proiectare, trasare, finisând cu lucrările topo-geodezice pentru darea în exploatare a complexului locativ cu exemple si structuri concrete de pe șantierul de construcții. În concluzii se poate de menționat că proiectul dat evidențiază aplicarea concretă a metodelor de lucru geodezice într-o situație reală de construcție, demonstrând importanța acestora în realizarea corectă a proiectelor locative.
This thesis aims to provide comprehensive topo-geodetic support for the design and implementation phases of the “Astoria Residence” housing complex in the municipality of Bălți. It focuses on identifying and applying appropriate high-precision modern measurement technologies, encompassing the entire workflow, from initial design and staking out to the final topo-geodetic works necessary for commissioning the complex. The study integrates concrete examples and structural components observed directly on the construction site. In conclusion, the thesis demonstrates the practical application of geodetic methods in a realworld construction context, emphasizing their critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of residential development projects.
