Obiectivul cercetat este un bloc locativ cu parametrii: subsol,demisol, parter, 7 etaje si mansarda. Proiectul a fost realizat pe baza cerintelor functionale,estetice cu respectarea legislatiei si reglementarilor expuse in normativele Republicii Moldaova privind proiectarea, calculul si organizarea lucrarilor si procedeilor tehnologie in constructii. Lucrarea este structurata in cinci capitol principale: 1. Arhitectura constructiilor: Pe baza planurile functionale, fatade si sectiuni caracteristice, s-au elaborat solutii arhitecturale, detalii de executie, s-a proiectat constructia respectand gradele prestabilite de rezistenta la foc, gradul de siguranta.S-au calculat specificatii ce include parametrii geometrici a constructiei. Etc.2. Calculul de rezistenta: S-a cercetat sistemul structural a elementelor portant (stalpi, grinzi, placi, piloni) utilizand softul Scad Offce, creind un model de rezistenta care a fost incarcat cu sarcini calculate dupa NCM si Eurocod,folosind metoda calculului linear al elementelor finite,fiind adoptat o structura de rezistenta in cadre din beton armat. 3. Fundatii: In cadrul compartimentului fundatii sa analizat raportul geotehnic al terenului si s- a stabilit prin mai multe reiterati fundatii isolate directe, terenul ales de fundare reprezinta stratul II –Argila nisipoasa in stare dura cu categoria seismica II, Apa freatica a fost depistata la 6,2m. Toate calculele la prima si la a II-a stare sau efectuat conform CP-F 01.02.2008. 4. Tehnologia constructiilor: S-a precautat solutii tehnologice expuse in fisa tehnologica pentru executia elementelor de rezistenta si a elementelor nestructurale, precum si materealelor de constructii, in functie de eficienta, rezistenta, lucrabilitate si cost. S-a proiectat planurile tehnologice de executie pe tape a edificiului. 5. Organizarea constructiilor: In cadrul capitolului cinci s-a elaborate planul de organizare a santierului, ce cuprinde amenajarea drumurilor provizorii conform legii nr. 721, depozitelor temporare, amplasamentul utilajelor, graficul de executie si analiza duratei si costurilor. Prin aceasta lucrare sa demonstrat capacitatea de a utiliza cunostintele acumulate, atat teoretice, cat si practice din sfera de constructii pentru a se realizarea unui obiectiv complex.
The researched object is a residential block with the parameters: basement, semi-basement, ground floor, 7 floors and attic. The project was carried out based on the functional and aesthetic requirements in compliance with the legislation and regulations set out in the norms of the Republic of Moldova regarding the design, calculation and organization of works and technological processes in construction. The work is structured in five main chapters
1. Construction architecture: Based on the functional plans, facades and characteristic sections, architectural solutions and execution details were developed, the construction was designed respecting the predetermined degrees of fire resistance, safety level. Specifications were calculated that include the geometric parameters of the construction. etc.
2. Strength calculation: The structural system of the load-bearing elements (columns, beams, plates, pillars) was researched using the Scad Offce software, creating a strength model that was loaded with loads calculated according to NCM and Eurocode, using the linear finite element calculation method, having adopted a strength structure in reinforced concrete frames.
3. Foundations: Within the foundation compartment, the geotechnical report of the land was analyzed and it was established through several iterations that direct isolated foundations were used. The land chosen for the foundation represents layer II - Sandy clay in hard state with seismic category II. The groundwater was detected at 6.2m. All calculations for the first and second state were performed according to CP-F 01.02.2008.
4. Construction technology: The technological solutions presented in the technological sheet for the execution of the resistance elements and non-structural elements, as well as the construction materials, were taken into account, depending on efficiency, resistance, workability and cost. The technological plans for the execution of the building on the slopes were designed.
5. Construction organization: In the fifth chapter, the construction site organization plan was developed, which includes the arrangement of temporary roads according to law no. 721, temporary warehouses, equipment location, execution schedule and analysis of duration and costs. This work demonstrated the ability to use the accumulated knowledge, both theoretical and practical, in the construction field to achieve a complex objective.
