Abstract

Obiectul prezentului proiect reprezintă un centru de vânzări auto și service cu oficii, având dimensiunile generale în plan 66.80m x 58.20m (în axe) cu o deschidere maximă de 24,0 m în direcția longitudinală. Înălțimea sălii principale a centrului până la partea inferioară a construcțiilor portante este de 10,9 m, iar pe fațadă până la partea superioară a parapetului este de 14,52 m. Înălțimea părții de birouri a centrului pe fațadă până la partea superioară a parapetului este de 16,52 m. Distanța între coloane în direcția longitudinală este de 24,0m + 6,0m + 4x12,0m, iar în direcția transversală este de 4x7,2m + 7x6,0m. Proiectul de licență conține memoriul explicativ și partea grafică. Memoriul explicativ este compus din 7 capitole, concluzii, bibliografie, 4 anexe și conține 84 pagini format A4 (fără anexe), 15 figuri și 17 tabele. Bibliografia constă din 17 surse de referință. Anexele memoriului explicativ cuprind 85 pagini, 2 figuri și 14 tabele. Partea grafică este alcătuită din 12 coli format A1.

Объектом данного проекта является центр по продаже и обслуживанию автомобилей с офисами, имеющий общие размеры в плане 66,80 м x 58,20 м (в осях) с максимальным пролётом в 24,0 м в продольном направлении. Высота основного зала центра до нижней части несущих конструкций составляет 10,9 м, а на фасаде до верхней части парапета - 14,52 м. Высота офисной части центра на фасаде до верхней части парапета составляет 16,52 м. Шаг колонн в продольном направлении составляет 24,0 м + 6,0 м + 4x12,0 м, а в поперечном направлении - 4x7,2 м + 7x6,0 м. Дипломная работа содержит объяснительную записку и графическую часть. Объяснительная записка состоит из 7 глав, выводов, библиографии, 4 приложений и содержит 84 страницы формата A4 (без приложений), 15 рисунков и 17 таблиц. Библиография состоит из 17 источников. Приложения к объяснительной записке содержат 85 страниц, 2 рисунка и 14 таблиц. Графическая часть состоит из 12 листов формата A1.

The object of this project is a car sales and service center with offices,

The height of the main hall of the center to the bottom of the supporting structures is 10.9 m, and on the facade to the top of the parapet is 14.52 m. The height of the office part of the center on the facade to the top of the parapet is 16.52 m. The column spacing in the longitudinal direction is 24.0m + 6.0m + 4x12.0m, and in the transverse direction is 4x7.2m + 7x6.0m. The bachelor thesis contains the explanatory memorandum and the graphic part. The explanatory memorandum consists of 7 chapters, conclusions, bibliography, 4 appendices, and contains 84 A4 pages (without appendices), 15 figures, and 17 tables. The bibliography consists of 17 reference sources. The appendices of the explanatory memorandum comprise 85 pages, 2 figures, and 14 tables. The graphic part consists of 12 sheets of A1 format.
