Delimitarea terenurilor proprietate publică în satul Coropceni raionul Teleneşti

Abstract

Scopul principal al lucrărilor de delimitare constă în acumularea datelor geometrice și tehnice necesare pentru evidența și protecția bunurilor imobile aflate în proprietatea publică a statului și a unităților administrativ-teritoriale de nivelul I și II. Obiectivul major al acestei activități este identificarea și înregistrarea acestor terenuri în Registrul bunurilor imobile (RBI). Lucrarea se încheie cu o concluzie care sintetizează ideea centrală a procesului de delimitare masivă, subliniind importanța dezvoltării unei ramuri economice durabile în domeniul gestiunii bunurilor imobile publice, în vederea soluționării eficiente a problemelor actuale legate de evidența, protecția și valorificarea acestora.

The main purpose of the delimitation works is to accumulate the geometric and technical data necessary for the registration and protection of the immovable property in the public property of the state and of the administrative-territorial units of level I and II. The major objective of this activity is to identify and register these lands in the Real Estate Register (RBI). The paper concludes with a conclusion that summarizes the central idea of the massive delimitation process, emphasizing the importance of developing a sustainable economic branch in the field of management of public real estate, in order to efficiently solve the current problems related to their registration, protection and capitalization.
