Procedura de integrare a unei localități în sistemul informațional geografic de stat la nivel local

Abstract

Scopul tezei: Descrierea detaliată a procedurii de integrare a unui APL în SIGSNL cu respectarea cadrului normativ. Obiectivele și abordarea metodologică: identificarea localității pentru studiu de caz; configurarea bazei de date PostGreSQL SIGSNL și analiza datele localităților întegrate; analiza cadrului normativ privind procedura de integrare; descrierea metodologiei. Subiectul de studiu: ca obiect de studiu a fost selectată o localitatea Sîngera, pentru reprezentarea procesului de plin de integrare. Metode de cercetare: Pentru elaborarea tezei de licență s-au aplicat următoarele metode: metoda analitică (analiza cadrului normativ național și internațional privind implementarea SIG la nivel de APL), metoda comparativă (în procesul de identificare a primăriei ce urma să fie preluată ca exemplu), metoda cartografică (analiza surselor de date și datele spațiale existente în baza de date pentru diferite APL).

Purpose of the thesis: Detailed description of the procedure for integrating an LPA into SIGSNL in compliance with the regulatory framework. Objectives and methodological approach: identification of the settlement to be selected as the case study; configuration of the SIGSNL PostGreSQL database and analysis of the integrated localities; Analysis of the regulatory framework regarding the integration procedure; Description of the methodology. Study object: Sîngera locality was selected as the object of study, to represent the full integration process. Research methods: The following methods were applied to develop the bachelor's thesis: the analytical method (analysis of the national and international regulatory framework regarding the implementation of GIS at the LPA level), the comparative method (in the process of identifying the settlement that was to be taken as an example), the cartographic method (analysis of data sources and spatial data existing in the database for different LPAs).
