Abstract:
The Moldova variety, when grown on the rootstock BxR SO4 in the SRL “Terra-Vitis” farm, in the conditions of the South of the Republic of Moldova, is characterized by high biological and economic productivity. The yield of plantations, depending on the bush management system, varies within 20.0 ... 33 t/ha. The crop is not covered. The bush formation adopted in the farm is a two-arm horizontal cordon. The growth is maintained on a vertically inclined trellis (Y-Gable) with four rows of wire, which allows for the implementation of a full range of agrotechnical measures for the care of grape plantations. The Y-Gable system of bush growth promotes free arrangement of shoots in space, an increase in the number of leaves and the area of their assimilation surface, due to improved lighting, aeration and phytosanitary condition of plants. The result is an increase in the productivity of plantings by 1.5 times. The use of irrigation, combined with the Y-Gable system of growth, increases the yield of Moldova variety plantings and improves the marketable appearance of bunches and berries. It leads to an increase in the cost of gross output, net income and profitability.
