Межмолекулярные взаимодействия в фермент-субстратных комплексах плазматических мембран гамет сельскохозяйственных животных

Abstract

Plasma membranes have been isolated from bull, ram, boar and cock spermatozoa bay using a two-phase polymeric system dextran-polyethylenglycol. The results have shown that the low temperatures influenced unfavourably on the activity of adenosinrtriphosphatase alcaline phosphatase and 5'-nucleotidase. Interspecific differences of these modifications intermolecularies actions in substrat-enzematic complexes have been determined.

Membranele plasmatice ale spermatozoizilor de taur, berbec, vier şi cocoş au fost separate cu ajutorul sistemului polimeric bifazic-dextran/polietilenglicol. Rezultatele demonstrează că temperaturile joase acţionează nefavorabil asupra activităţii adenozintrifosfatazei, fosfatazei alcaline şi 5'-nucleotidazei. Au fost stabilite deosebiri interspecifice ale modificărilor acţiunilor intermoleculare în complexele substrat-enzimatice.
