Abstract:
The gastrointestinal tract of birds, like other systems, contains a variety of microorganisms. That's why we set out to investigate the microflora of the system in question. This scientific work includes the researches carried out on 4 groups of chickens aged one month, under the conditions of the private sector: 1st control group, 2nd experimental group treated with 10% Enrofloxacin, 3rd experimental group treated with Colivet, 4th experimental group treated with Levomycin. The chicks of all groups were kept under the same conditions. Biological samples were collected from the birds and were investigated from a microbiological point of view. Isolated intestinal microflora was Salmonella, E. coli, Sigiela, Monococcus, Streptococcus, imperfect fungi, associated microflora.
