Abstract

The paper considers an analytical review of the existing electrical equipment, technological lines for milk processing and ways of its further improvement. It is shown that, ultimately, it is necessary to determine the appropriate levels of automation of small, medium and large farms, taking into account such factors as the size of the farm, the cost of hired labor, the number of hours of work per day, etc.
