dc.description.abstract The definition of the construction cost should be based on an analysis of the possible development of dangerous geological processes. Identification of hot spots, development and implementation of activities to minimize the damage from these processes should be implemented at an early stage of their occurrence. Continuous monitoring, prediction and prevention of the dangerous geological processes should be carried out under a single government program. en_US
