Investigaţii microbiologice a laptelui în mamita stafilococică la bovine

Abstract

The scientific investigations reflected in this study constitute the objectives of studying the microbiological aspects of staphylococcal pathogenity in cases of staphylococcal mastitis. For conducting the investigations were used milk samples collected from sick of mastitis bovines animals, which were subject to bacteriological examinations, bacterioscopic tests, antibiotic sensibility to confirm the bacteria! microflora. The laboratory investigations of the milk contaminated with mastitis gave the possibility to reveal under the obtained results by performing microbial preparations from native samples and microbial cultures. Simultaneously was determined the sensibility of Staphylococccus aureus at the antibiotic substances by using the antibiogram. The de-tailed analysis of the scientific investigations demonstrated the importance and the pathogenic activity of the Staphylococcus aureus germ, manifested through virulence and a high arsenal of factors of agressivity and toxicity in triggering the staphylococcus the staphylococcal mastitis at bovines.

Investigaţiile ştiinţifice reflectate în acest studiu constituie obiectivele studierii unor aspecte microbiologice a patogenităţii stafilococilor în caz de mamită stafilococică. Pentru realizarea investigaţiilor s-au folosit probe de lapte prelevate de la bovine bolnave de mamită, care au fost supuse examenelor bacteriologice, bacterioscopice, teste de patogenitate, sensibilitate la antibiotice pentru confirmarea microflorei bacteriene. Investigaţiile de laborator a laptelui mastitic ne-a permis de a releva asupra rezultatelor obţinute prin efectuarea preparatelor microbiene din probe native şi din culturile microbiene. Concomitent s-a efectuat determinarea sensibilităţii speciei Staphylococccus aureus la substanţele antibiotice prin intermediul antibiogramei. Analiza de detaliu a cercetărilor ştiinţifice a demonstrat importanţa şi activitatea patogenă a germenului Staphylococcus aureus, manifestată prin virulenţă şi un bogat arsenal de factori de agresivitate şi toxicitate în declanşarea mamitei stafilococice la bovine.
