dc.description.abstract Health education for students is vital for a resilient economy. This paper explores how the psycho-emotional well-being of young people in the university environment positively influences their academic performance and professional integration, thereby contributing to economic prosperity. Integrating initiatives that promote mental health within university life can transform higher education institutions into centers of psycho-emotional balance. Investing in students' mental health proves to be a crucial strategy for developing robust human capital and for building an economically sustainable society, in which students play an active role. en_US
