| dc.description.abstract | This paper explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the telecommunications industry by improving efficiency, automation, and user experience. AI allows machines to process data, learn from it, and make smart decisions—similar to how humans think. In telecom, AI is already being used to optimize networks in real time, manage heavy data traffic, detect technical issues before they affect users, and automate customer service through chatbots and virtual assistants. Additionally, AI helps predict user behavior and future traffic demands, allowing better infrastructure planning and smarter investments. While AI offers major advantages, it also comes with challenges such as high implementation costs, system complexity, data security risks, and the need for high-quality input data. Looking forward, AI will play a central role in the development of 6G networks. These future systems will be autonomous, capable of self-healing, and will support billions of IoT devices. AI will also improve cybersecurity and enable advanced applications like augmented and virtual reality, making digital services faster, more personalized, and more immersive. | en_US |
