Abstract:
This article analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on engineering education management and identifies the necessary strategies for the sustainable integration of this technology into the educational process. In a context where digitalization is redefining teaching and learning methods, the study highlights the developmental directions of educational management, emphasizes the importance of balancing technology with human interaction, and outlines the role of educational leadership in the effective implementation of AI.The research objectives include identifying ways in which AI can optimize administrative processes and enhance students' learning experiences, analyzing the necessity of balancing technology with the teacher-student relationship, and evaluating the role of educational leadership in implementing sustainable strategies. The study results indicate that while AI can bring significant improvements to engineering education, the success of this transition depends on adopting a hybrid model that combines technological innovation with human mentorship and effective educational leadership. The article provides a strategic perspective on integrating AI into engineering education, highlighting best practices and viable solutions for the future.
