dc.description.abstract The aim of the thesis is to study the impact of the BioR remedy on the pro-antioxidant status in broilers and quails in different biological substrates, elaboration of the health improvement and productivity enhacement procedure in broilers and its implementation in production. Objectives: to determine the impact of BioR on the pro-antioxidant status in broilers and quails; elaboration of the regimen and optimal dosage of the remedy administration; elaboration of the health improvement and productivity enhacement procedure in broilers. Scientific novelty. For the first time it has been elucidated the impact of the BioR remedy on the pro-antioxidant status in different biological substrates in broilers and quails. Have been estimated the marker parameters of endotoxicosis, histidine dipeptides and nitric oxide derivatives in various biological substrates in broilers and quails. Have been developed new procedures of health improvement and productivity enhacement in broilers and reconditioned quails. The important scientific problem solved in the thesis consists in elucidating the impact of the BioR remedy on the pro-antioxidant status in broilers and quails, scientific rationale for multilateral remedy testing, which led to the elaboration of the regimen and the optimal dose administration in broilers and reconditioned quails, as well as the approval of a procedure of health improvement and productivity enhacement in broilers.
