Corectarea erorilor comise în procesul transmiterii în proprietate a terenurilor în satul Batîr, raionul Cimișlia

Abstract

Lucrarea de licență prezintă tema „Corectarea erorilor comise în procesul transmiterii în proprietate a terenurilor în satul Batîr, r-nul Cimișlia”, care are ca scop de corectare a contrapunerii la datele din materialul cartografic (ortofotoplan 2016) și planul cadastral care se constată necorespunzător cu datele reale a terenurilor. Stuctura acestei lucrări sunt 3 capitole,11 figuri Ilustrative; 18 de surse bibliografice, 15 anexe; În această lucrare constitue trei capitole, fiecare din ele descriind etapele de lucru la coretarea acestor erori, pînă în final sunt concluziile care vor confirma ajustarea planurilor geometrice care evidențiază modicarea acestor tenuri eronate. Capitolul 1. Lucrarea analizează cadrul juridic privind atribuirea terenurilor în proprietate privată în R. M, evidențiind reglementările legale aplicabile procesului de privatizare a terenurilor. Sunt examinate principalele acte normative care au stat la baza transmiterii terenurilor în proprietate privată, precum și procedurile administrative implicate. Un accent deosebit este pus pe identificarea și corectarea erorilor comise în procesul de atribuire a terenurilor în satul Bătîr, raionul Cimișlia. și mecanismele legale de remediere, contribuind la îmbunătățirea practicilor administrative și la consolidarea securității juridice a dreptului de proprietate asupra terenurilor. Capitolul 2 este procesul de măsurare a terenurilor pentru corectare cu echipamentele GNSS moderne și a software-urilor. Capitolul 3 precizează descrierea corectării erorilor care au fost comise în procesul de transmitere în propritate a terenurilor în satul Batîr raionul Cimișlia. La finalul lucrării sunt incluse recomandări și propuneri, bibliografie și anexe.

The bachelor’s thesis presents the topic “Correction of Errors Committed in the Process of Land Transfer into Ownership in Batîr Village, Cimișlia District”, aiming to correct discrepancies between the cartographic materials (2016 orthophotomap) and the cadastral plan, which were found to be inconsistent with the actual land data. The structure of the thesis includes: 3 chapters;11 illustrative figures; 18 bibliographic sources; 15 appendices. This thesis consists of three chapters, each describing the stages involved in correcting these errors. The paper concludes with findings confirming the adjustment of the geometric plans, highlighting the modifications made to the incorrectly recorded land parcels. Chapter 1 analyzes the legal framework regarding the allocation of land into private ownership in the Republic of Moldova, highlighting the legal regulations applicable to the land privatization process. The main normative acts underlying the transfer of land into private ownership, as well as the administrative procedures involved, are examined. Particular emphasis is placed on identifying and correcting errors committed during the land allocation process in Bătîr village, Cimișlia district, along with the legal mechanisms for remediation, contributing to the improvement of administrative practices and strengthening the legal security of land ownership rights. Chapter 2 presents the process of land surveying for correction purposes using modern GNSS equipment and specialized software. Chapter 3 describes the correction of errors committed during the process of transferring land into private ownership in Batîr village, Cimișlia district. At the end of the bachelor thesis, recommendations and proposals, a bibliography and appendices are included.
